Counter Notification

If you believe that content you posted on miqza xyz was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification you may submit a counter notification. Your counter notification must include the following

1 Your full name address telephone number and email address
2 A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed
3 A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4 A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification

Repeat Infringer Policy

miqza xyz will terminate user accounts that are subject to repeat notices of infringement in appropriate circumstances. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without prior notice.
